How Our 12-Week Program Works

Our program combines ScoliBalance®, SEAS exercises, and osteopathic techniques to improve posture and spinal health. Designed for scoliosis, poor posture, and postural correction, it progresses over 12 weeks in three structured phases.

Some patients see results sooner, while others complete the full program for long-term postural strength. Each phase builds on the last, starting with spinal flexibility, moving to core stability, and ending with functional movement integration for lasting results.

Flexible Program Options – Choose What’s Right for You

Everyone progresses at their own pace. While a full 12-week program provides the most comprehensive results, shorter options are available based on your time, goals, and condition.

Program Options:
✔ 4-Week Program – Focus on spinal flexibility and self-correction techniques.
✔ 8-Week Program – Combine flexibility and core strengthening for better posture control.
✔ 12-Week Program – A structured, progressive approach for postural correction and long-term improvement.

Each phase is designed to progressively build on the previous one, but patients can choose to continue at their own pace—whether weekly, fortnightly, or a customized schedule.
